Walnut Street Improvements

For this project we established project control via GPS, conventional survey methods, public records research (for right-of-way and private ownership), topographic survey/surface modeling, cadastral survey/section breakdown, and right-of-way acquisition, boundary survey, and staking.

We also prepared boundary descriptions and exhibit maps for private property acquisitions and monument removal forms in accordance with WAC 332-120.  Services performed included:

• Survey control and boundary right-of-way determination
• Corridor topographic survey, surfacing, modeling/mapping
• Acquisition boundary description/ exhibit map preparation
• Final right-of-way centerline monumentation and right-of-way Record of Survey (post acquisition)
