New Sunnybank Homeowners Water Reservoir

We conducted an engineering report for the development of a new water reservoir for the Sunnybank Homeowners Water Association located on Lake Chelan.  The project developed construction plans for a new reservoir.

Work included evaluating the following system parameters:

• 58-connection water system, including peak hour demand
• Fire suppression storage & standby storage, as well as equalizing and operational volumes
• Overflow restrictions and piping capacity limits
• Design and construction management/inspection services
• Topographic mapping and construction staking
