Monroe Street Reconstruction – Waterville, WA

We provided survey, project administration, transportation design, stormwater, site design, and construction management services for this TIB-funded, 2,600-linear-foot road reconstruction project.  

The project rebuilt the roadway to accommodate heavy traffic loads from the surrounding farmlands.  Work included development of a detached sidewalk and improved storm drainage systems along the roadway.  

Our work included:

• Preparing bid documents based on the WSDOT Design Manual, the Stormwater Management Manual for Eastern Washington, and the APWA Amendments to the Standard Specifications
• Completion of the public participation element and contract management.
• Working with TIB to secure additional funds to address changed conditions on this project
