Granco Credit Union – Moses Lake

We provided site civil engineering for the development of a new full service banking facility located in Moses Lake.

The project included:

• Development of plans for Site Plan approval by the City of Moses Lake
• Development of the parking lot grading plan, design of on-site stormwater conveyance and control facility
• Developed utility extension to provide water, sewer and power to the site
• Plans addressed pedestrian movements meeting ADA requirements around the new building
