East Wenatchee Olive Garden

We performed the boundary survey, site topographic survey and mapping for the Olive Garden restaurant in East Wenatchee. Our topographic survey and surface model maps were used to design and develop the civil and architectural construction plans.

We also developed and administered the Binding Site Plan Amendment - through the City of East Wenatchee - to subdivide the property on which the restaurant is located.
