2008 Douglas County PUD Recreation Improvements

We have provided the Douglas County PUD with engineering and surveying services since 2008 for a variety of projects located on the Wells Pool.  

These improvements have included:

• Manage a team of surveying, engineering and architectural consultants tasked with completing these elements
• Parking facilities, trails, and sanitary sewer improvements, restroom improvements and electrical upgrades
• Boat launches, handling floats, dredging
• Completed conceptual designs and permitting documents for all improvements
• Projects included drainage reports, preliminary plans, final plans, bid documents, specifications, cost estimates, assistance during the bidding process, construction management, correspondence and assist with inspection and oversight
• Submittal review and approvals and construction oversight
• Review recommendation for approval of change orders and final project acceptance
• Survey control and right-of-way boundary determination
• Corridor topographic survey, surfacing, modeling/mapping
• Bathymetric surveys and sedimentation mapping
• Acquisition boundary description/exhibit map preparation
• Construction staking
• Final right-of-way centerline monumentation
