Chelan Starbucks Site Improvements

We designed the site improvements for the Starbucks coffee house in downtown Chelan, WA.

Design tasks included:

• Site grading, parking space layout, curb, gutter and sidewalk
• Installation of a stormwater collection and onsite subsurface infiltration system
• Working with local utility purveyors to extend sewer, water, power and communications systems to the site
