Chelan Avenue Improvements

We provided design services for the Chelan Avenue Reconstruction Project in Waterville, WA.  The project included the reconstruction of 2,000 lineal feet of roadway. The roadway was completed using a cement-treated base, resulting in substantial savings to the Town of Waterville.  

Improvements consisted of:

• Development of a new roadway section to support truck traffic
• Storm drainage elements along the roadside edges with a combination of open swales and closed collection systems
• Handling public open house meetings and direct coordination with the Waterville School District
• Design and construction elements
• Topographic mapping
• Right-of-way boundary survey
• Construction staking
