Brewster Capital Improvement Planning 2009

We assisted the City of Brewster in developing capital improvements for their water, sewer and transportation systems.  

These extensions have included:

• Plans for construction associated with water main replacements, meter installations, drainage improvements, reservoir assessments, and roadway pedestrian improvements.
• Development of pedestrian improvements
• Defining funding needs, in addition to developing funding applications for the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRFD), Transportation Improvement Board (TIB), Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), and Public Works Trust Fund (PWTF).
