Mansfield Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements

We provided construction management services (as part of a design team) for the replacement of the Town of Mansfield’s sewage lagoons.
The existing lagoons were constructed with bentonite liners in 1968 and these liners had been failing since 2003. The project scope of work included expanding the lagoons to provide service over the next 20 years; installation of new HDPE liners; a chlorination system; and circle irrigation systems for water disposal. The project also included:
