East 3rd Street Reconstruction

We prepared plans, specifications and cost estimates for 900 lineal feet of roadway improvements to East 3rd Street in Waterville, WA.
The project consisted of:
- Upgrades to the stormwater collection system and domestic water system
- Full depth reconstruction utilizing cement-treated base, asphalt pavement and signage, working with local utility purveyors and submittal reviews
- Tracking daily quantities for monthly pay requests and documentation for as-built records
- Topographic mapping
- Right-of-way boundary survey
- Construction staking
