Dams Deformation Surveys
SERVICES: Land Surveying | LOCATION: Rock Island | CLIENT SECTORS: Dams & PUDs
We perform precise bi-annual horizontal alignment and vertical control measurements of the following dams for the Chelan County PUD:
- Rock Island Dam (FERC Project Number 943)
- Rocky Reach Dam (FERC Project Number 2145)
- Lake Chelan Dam (FERC project Number 637)
- Tumwater Dam from 2004 to present day
Surveillance system measurements are performed under previously established procedures and protocol. Responsibilities include:
- Project management and security clearance oversight
- Conventional and GPS measurements
- Data analysis, report preparation and delivery to the District
