Erlandsen provided civil engineering for the development of a new municipal services building and police station in Quincy, WA. The project included:
- Development of plans for site plan approval by the City of Quincy
- Development of the parking lot grading plan
- Design of an on-site stormwater control facility that met city requirements
- A utility extension to provide water, sewer and power to the site
- Plans to address pedestrian movements around the new building
